Youth Care Professional

The primary duties involve providing sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children, implementing treatment programs, and assisting with daily living activities including teaching life skills and supervising chores. Responsibilities also include maintaining regulatory compliance, accurate documentation of incidents and progress, and ensuring campus safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, along with at least one year of related experience in human services, specifically behavioral health or residential treatment. Essential requirements include fluency in both english and spanish, and holding current first aid, cpr, and emergency behavior intervention certifications.
