EMR/EHR Trainer - Alabama

This role serves as the in-Market subject matter expert and ecw super user, responsible for facilitating training, onboarding, and coaching new and existing colleagues to ensure deep understanding of their roles and organizational standards. The individual will also assess training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and act as a learning governance representative within the market.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of emr systems, and the ability to identify and close knowledge gaps collaboratively while promoting a growth mindset. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in formal/Informal training delivery, and clinical knowledge or experience as a medical assistant or rn is beneficial for guiding clinical colleagues.
