Title I Aide - SY 25/26

The title i aide is responsible for preparing and delivering modified lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs, and maintaining accurate progress records using research-Based best practices. They must also manage student behavior, create a positive learning environment, and communicate student growth with families.

Candidates must possess an active and current ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area and hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Essential qualifications include comfort with coaching environments, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and passing federal and state criminal background checks.
