Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services by following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, while also collecting and recording client behavior data. They must empathically communicate with clients and families, assist the bcba during assessments, and seek supervisor consultation for effective treatment implementation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid rbt certification number and have three or more months of experience as an rbt, along with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. A willingness to commute to client case locations is also required for this role.
