Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One direct aba services to clients by following established behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols. Duties also include collecting and recording data, empathically communicating with stakeholders, and assisting the bcba during assessments and material preparation.

Candidates must possess a valid rbt certification number and have three or more months of experience as an rbt. A willingness to commute to client locations and an active driver's license are mandatory requirements for this role.
