Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services to clients by following established behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols. Duties also include collecting and recording data, communicating empathetically with all parties, and assisting the board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) during assessments and material preparation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess at least three months of experience as an rbt and hold a valid rbt certification number, along with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. A willingness to commute to various client case locations is also required.
