Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services to clients by following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, while also collecting and recording relevant data. They must also communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisors, and assist the bcba during assessments and material preparation.

Candidates must possess a valid rbt certification number and have at least three months of experience as an rbt. A willingness to commute to client locations and an active driver's license are also mandatory requirements for this role.
