Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services to clients by following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, while also collecting and recording relevant data. They must empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisors, and assist the board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) during assessments and material preparation.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three months of experience as an rbt and hold a valid rbt certification number, along with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. A willingness to commute to various client case locations is also required for this role.
