ABA Therapist – Lake Elsinore

The role involves providing one-On-One aba therapy to clients aged 3-17 in various settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, and teaching skills in communication, self-Care, academics, and social interaction. Responsibilities also include reducing challenging behaviors, collecting and analyzing progress data, maintaining accurate session notes, and collaborating with bcbas.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree being preferred, and experience with children is a plus but not required. Applicants need at least 15 hours of weekly availability between 1 p.m. And 8 p.m., strong time management and communication skills, and must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, and insurance.
