Core responsibilities
Behavior interventionists will provide one-On-One aba therapy to clients aged 3-17 in various settings, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. Responsibilities also include teaching essential life skills and collaborating with bcbas while supporting caregivers with aba strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree being preferred, and must have at least 15 hours of weekly availability between 1 p.m. And 8 p.m., with weekend availability being a strong plus. A reliable vehicle, driver's license, and insurance are mandatory, along with the willingness to drive up to 25 miles.
