The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to clients aged 3-17 years old in various settings, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on client progress. Responsibilities also include reducing challenging behaviors and collaborating with bcbas while coaching caregivers on aba strategies.
