Student Support Facilitator (2026-2027 SY), Timber Ridge Elementary

The student support facilitator assists the principal and school leadership in maximizing services for ese students and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. They also provide instructional support, facilitate iep meetings, and develop strategies to improve student transition success rates.

Candidates must hold a degree in special education and have a minimum of three years of successful experience in education. Knowledge of ese guidelines and the ability to assist teachers with interventions are essential.
