Community Health Nurse II (10-Month Position School Environment)

The community health nurse ii is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. This role operates under moderate supervision and requires the ability to address a range of health conditions and community-Based challenges.

Candidates must have either a bachelor’s degree in nursing with two years of experience or an associate degree in nursing with four years of clinical nursing experience. A current registered nurse license in maryland or a multi-State licensure compact license is also required.
