Job description
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including adhering to sanitation procedures, diapering, and feeding schedules.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth, such as sensory play, music, and motor skill exercises.
- Track individual developmental milestones and progress, documenting growth through observations and reports.
- Build positive relationships with families, providing daily updates on children’s routines, development, and needs.
- Provide consistent, active supervision of children at all times to ensure safety.
