Lead Teacher (Preschool)

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing weekly lesson plans to support the social, physical, and mental development of children. They must also maintain classroom safety, manage daily documentation, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree in early childhood education and possess a high school diploma or ged. Additionally, they are required to obtain cpr, first aid, and aed certifications within 60 days of employment.
