Early Head Start Lead Teacher

The early head start lead teacher will create engaging lesson plans and manage daily classroom activities for a two-Year-Old classroom. They will also supervise other teachers, conduct parent-Teacher conferences, and ensure compliance with educational standards.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with a professional educator license and relevant certifications. A minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood setting is required, preferably with knowledge of head start programs.
