Community Coordinator (S 30h)

The community coordinator supervises participants in various community settings and develops vocational, educational, and recreational opportunities. They also assist in curriculum development, data collection for individual support plans, and ensure the safety and well-Being of all participants.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or 1-3 years of related experience preferred. A valid massachusetts driver's license and a clean driving record are required for the transportation duties of the role.
