Special Education Teacher Severe Special Needs (Satellite Program)

The teacher will coordinate, develop, and execute individualized learning programs and ieps to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students with severe disabilities. They are also responsible for training paraprofessionals, performing student assessments, and maintaining compliance with idea and fape regulations.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in special education and possess the appropriate state license or certification. The role requires physical capability to lift and reposition students, as well as experience working with medically fragile or severe, multiple disabilities.
