Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The direct support professional will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities such as chores, meal preparation, and recreational activities. The dsp is also responsible for representing the needs and interests of the individuals and contributing input to program planning and implementation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and at least three years of driving experience. Prior professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is strongly preferred, and basic computer skills are necessary.
