Youth Career Advisor - WIOA

The youth career advisor will provide professional career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-Up services to young adults eligible for the wioa program, playing a key role in their success in seeking employment, training, and education. Responsibilities include completing intake, assessing needs, offering the required 14 youth program elements, and guiding participants through individual employment plans.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-Solving skills. Essential requirements include computer literacy in ms applications, cultural sensitivity, the ability to serve as a role model, and a valid driver's license.
