Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

The physical therapist will document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries while ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare team members. They will also provide patient and family education as part of the treatment process.

Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor of science in physical therapy, with a master's preferred, and a valid virginia physical therapist license. Bls/Cpr certification is required upon start, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
