Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will design and implement individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans while monitoring client progress through data-Driven analysis. They are also responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-Quality behavioral support.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Additionally, 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges is required.
