Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will design and implement individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, monitoring client progress, and providing clinical supervision to staff.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Additionally, 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related behavioral challenges is required.
