Inclusion Coach

The inclusion coach provides consultation, coaching, and technical assistance to head start staff to support children with developmental delays or disabilities. They also collaborate with the inclusion coordinator to develop policies and ensure compliance with educational and licensing standards.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, social work, or a related field. At least three years of experience in early childhood education and a valid driver's license are required.
