Substitute Teacher K - 8

The substitute teacher is responsible for delivering lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-Being of students in the absence of the regular teacher. They must maintain continuity in the educational process across various grade levels and subject areas.

A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred. Candidates may need a teaching certification or substitute teacher permit and must pass a pre-Employment screening including a background check.
