Workforce Inclusion Employment Coach

The employment coach provides individualized job coaching to help people with disabilities succeed and retain competitive integrated employment. Responsibilities include training essential workplace skills and maintaining case files in collaboration with service providers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and intermediate computer skills. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
