Workforce Inclusion Employment Coach

The employment coach provides individualized job coaching to people with disabilities to ensure success and retention in competitive integrated employment. They are responsible for training workplace skills, performing essential job tasks, and maintaining case files and collaborative relationships with service providers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
