Family Advocate Highlands II/ Penn Hills McKinley

The family advocate provides direct case management and support to head start families to foster engagement, well-Being, and self-Sufficiency. They coordinate community resources, facilitate family goal setting, and ensure compliance with head start program performance standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in family services or case management. The role requires valid clearances, a driver's license, and the ability to conduct home visits and work flexible hours.
