Head Start Family Advocate Highlands I & III

The family advocate provides direct case management and support to head start families to foster self-Sufficiency and school readiness. They coordinate community resources, facilitate family goal setting, and ensure compliance with program performance standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in family services or case management. An associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or early childhood education is preferred.
