Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, AVH, Full Time

The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process while being responsible for assigned educational components, including implementing staff training and educational programs. Key duties also include serving as a clinical liaison for quality improvement initiatives and precepting new hires.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience, current pa rn licensure or enlc multi-State licensure, and cpr certification. Required experience includes three years in the assigned clinical specialty area and three years of computer experience.
