Youth Development Coordinator- Bella Vista

The coordinator will plan and implement developmentally appropriate, trauma-Informed daily programming to support youth growth and safety. They are also responsible for fostering positive relationships with club members and maintaining clear, professional communication with families and community partners.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, along with a strong understanding of child development and trauma-Informed practices.
