Summer Youth Development Coordinator- Rogers

The coordinator will plan and implement developmentally appropriate, trauma-Informed programming to ensure a safe and supportive environment for youth. They are also responsible for supervising participants, building positive relationships with families, and collaborating with team members to foster youth growth.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, along with an understanding of child development and trauma-Informed practices.
