Summer Youth Development Coordinator- Pea Ridge

The coordinator will plan and implement developmentally appropriate, trauma-Informed programming while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of youth. They will also build supportive relationships with club members and maintain professional communication with families and community partners.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, along with an understanding of child development and trauma-Informed practices.
