Youth Development Coordinator- Bentonville

The coordinator will plan and implement daily trauma-Informed programming while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of youth participants. They are also responsible for collaborating with team members and building positive, trusting relationships with both youth and their families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, along with a strong understanding of child development and trauma-Informed practices.
