Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan

Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients by providing on-Site job training, modeling, and support to ensure success in their roles. Document client progress and outcomes through detailed service notes after each session.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and knowledge of person centered planning are preferred.
