Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan

Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients by providing on-Site job training, modeling, and support to ensure success in their roles. Document client progress through detailed service notes and assist with travel to job sites as needed.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends. One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and knowledge of person centered planning are preferred.
