Early Intervention Teacher

The early intervention teacher conducts evaluations and provides individual and group instruction to infants and toddlers who are deaf or hard of hearing. They also utilize a parent coaching approach to support families in fostering their child's auditory and spoken language development.

Candidates must hold a new york state certification in deaf/Hh education or early childhood special education. A bachelor's or master's degree in deaf/Hh education is preferred, along with experience working with young children and families.
