Instructional Aide

The instructional aide supports the special education teacher by implementing curriculum, behavior management systems, and student ieps. They are responsible for direct student supervision, facilitating instruction, and maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.

Candidates must possess at least an associate degree or 48 college units, or pass an academic assessment. Applicants must also be physically capable of performing restraint techniques and meeting the demands of an active school environment.
