Head Start Support Services Coach

This role coordinates and implements disability, inclusion, and mental health services within the head start program to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting in-Class observations, coaching teaching staff, and facilitating professional development for staff and parents.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as child development or special education and possess at least two years of experience in early childhood or early intervention. The role requires physical ability to work with children and various certifications including cpr/First aid and a valid driver's license.
