The float teacher will provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers while implementing the Balanced Learning curriculum. Responsibilities include building relationships with children, preparing learning materials, and maintaining a well-kept, engaging classroom.
Candidates must be Assistant or Lead Teacher qualified through MN Rule 3 and possess First Aid and CPR certifications. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood program is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
