Case Manager - temporary

The case manager supports foster youth in transitioning to independence by providing life skills training and navigating community resources. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, facilitating workshops, and documenting progress according to agency and state contract standards.

Candidates must have a degree ranging from a high school diploma to a master's, with corresponding years of experience working with children or youth. A valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are mandatory.
