Youth Development Professional (After School) - Elementary

The youth development professional creates a safe, inclusive environment by facilitating engaging after-School activities and providing mentorship to elementary-Aged students. They collaborate with team members to support academic success and social-Emotional development while managing daily operations and behavior.

This is an entry-Level role requiring a high school diploma combined with either 48 college units, an associate degree, or a passing score on the district's paraprofessional exam. Candidates must demonstrate high emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-Paced environment.
