Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Aftersch

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing engaging programs for youth in academic, athletic, and artistic settings. They must ensure a safe environment, provide mentorship, and maintain accurate records of program activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and at least two years of relevant experience or formal training. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behavior and supervise youth in a safe environment are required.
