Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Aftersch

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing academic, athletic, and artistic programs for youth while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. They also provide mentorship, manage member behavior, and maintain the facility to meet organizational goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least two years of relevant experience or formal training. Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate youth, and the capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing are required.
