Junior Camp Counselor

This role involves providing direct supervision to a group of children in a seasonal day camp, creating positive relationships with campers and caregivers, and ensuring campers remain focused and engaged in activities. Staff must assist specialists, maintain camp cleanliness, encourage youth development progress, and adhere strictly to all safety and procedural guidelines.

Candidates must be a high school student or equivalent, at least 16 years of age, and preferably have prior experience working with children, ideally in a day camp setting or as a counselor-In-Training (Cit). Required certifications include cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
