The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans and supports daily classroom routines under the direction of clinical leadership. They provide direct hands-On care to children, including assistance with self-Care tasks and accurate documentation of behavioral progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and possess or be willing to obtain an rbt certification within 90 days. Experience working with children with developmental or medical needs and familiarity with aba principles are preferred.
