The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans and supports daily classroom routines to promote positive behaviors. They also provide hands-On care for children with medical and developmental needs while maintaining accurate documentation of progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a current rbt certification or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days. Experience working with children with developmental or medical needs and knowledge of aba principles are preferred.
