The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans and supports daily classroom routines to promote positive behaviors. They also provide hands-On care, document client progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent care.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days. Experience working with children with developmental or medical needs and knowledge of applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles are preferred.
