Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans and supports daily classroom routines under clinical supervision. They also provide direct hands-On care to children, including assistance with self-Care tasks and accurate documentation of behavioral progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days. Experience working with children with developmental or medical needs and familiarity with applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles are preferred.
