Diabetes Health Educator, PT Evening Shift, Community Health & Wellness

Facilitate diabetes self-Management, nutrition, and lifestyle education in both virtual and in-Person community settings. Conduct evening classes, interactive workshops, and support groups to motivate participants.

Requires an rn or rd license and either cdces certification or at least two years of experience in diabetes education. Candidates must be able to facilitate group learning and possess strong communication skills.
